How to get started with this template:
- Sign-up for your Delight Me account.
- At the top of your Delight Me dashboard, click the “Goals” tab.
- In the “Goals” section of your dashboard click “Goal Templates”.
- Assign “Stay at Home Fitness” to yourself and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your template setup!
